She specializes in market entry, business setup, executive support, and HR strategy, with a deep understanding of APAC's diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes—ideal for Web3 and FinTech companies navigating compliance in dynamic markets.

Previously, as Director of HR and shareholder at Velotrade Management (a Hong Kong SFC-regulated FinTech and winner of the Best SME Invoice Solution at TechChallenge), Ren collaborated with co-founders to implement the OGSM framework and roll out policies like the Employee Handbook, Travel & Expense Guidelines, and Leave Policies. Before that, as Regional Head of Business Operations, APAC, at FitFlop, she led setups in Singapore, Vietnam, China, and Hong Kong, reducing office costs by 80% in one project and streamlining hiring.
